The Buyers Vote. In a surprise twist Scotty invites prospective buyers to inspect the apartments. They become judge and jury and award one couple with the $5000 jury prize.

Laundry and Staircase Reveal. Tonight its a race to the very last minute as the teams deliver their laundries, powder rooms and staircases. There's disappointment once again this week as one couple don't finish in time.
