To be honest The Nest is’nt worth the hassle. looks like a dogs dinner thrown togteher, no way would I eat that. And why put caramel in an egg yolk, makes no sense, all that messing about when its going to be eaten by someone posh and wealthy. Likely cost a pretty penny too, way out of my price range? 

I’m not sure what to make of The Nest that Ben, Eloise and Diana had to make. Did’nt look particularly appetising. I like my dessert to look pretty and be simple to put together. This resembled an old tree in a forest. Not my cup of tea.  If that’s what they eat in Africa I will pass on it. Give me a Lemon Merigue pie or a Key Lime pie that looks far more inviting to eat over this, I certainly would’nt order it when dining out, not sure whether it’s meant to be a starter or a dessert?
