Some of the food looks amazing. However, why do they insist on putting fennel in everything, can;t stand it, aniseed is the worse tasting stuff ever and makes me feel sick. Tamara’s dessert on the lat show was  fantastic, it would have been even better if she had  thrown the fennel away, dod’nt belong with a gorgeous chocolate dish. Tip for he, when picking up somthing like the roun orb of mirror glazed chocolate, use a fish slice so the orb does’nt fall off when moving it from counter to dish,works for me when trasfering delcate desserts that need careful handling. I Heston living in Melbourne now, he’s one of my favourite UK chefs whose weird and wacky dishes captured our imagination?
