MasterChef AU – Season 16

The punk princess of pastry, Anna Polyviou returns with a Pressure Test created especially for this challenge. Never has an egg on toast looked so intimidating as Anna's Sunny Side Up.

Vincent Yeow Lim or DimSimLim is today's Mystery Box special guest. Contestants must create a dish using a wok, needing to impress to avoid tomorrow's Pressure Test.

The ingredient gamble is back and so is Luke Nguyen. Luke has brought in an array of Southeast Asian ingredients our contestants get to cook with in today's two round elimination challenge.

It's the chaotic, colourful and feared race that is the MasterChef Team Relay! Today in teams of four, cooks will tag-team their way to hopefully plate a cohesive dish and win immunity.

Pressure Test: Liam Downe

A French-themed Mystery Box in Bendigo, regional Victoria, challenges the contestants to create 'magnifique' dishes.

In today's two round elimination, our contestants' palettes are challenged with the classic One-Inch cube taste test, which sees six favourites, cook for their spot in the competition.

In Round One, one champion per team cooks, with the winner of Round one then taking their teammates into Round two and out into the garden to cook for Immunity.

Judge Jean-Christophe Novelli sets the first Pressure Test of the competition with his 1992 dessert, 'Jack in the Box'.
