Excuse me, but I watched very closely during the judging and I didn’t see a single dish (including Curtis’) that utilized the croutons he had them make.  Was that just a ‘give-them-time-to-fix-mistakes-and-catch-up’ unnecessary step they forgot to edit out?!???
