I’m not understanding how a lot of you are still team Jamie! Well Carina was on the couch she was rolling her eyes, oh my goshing, all kinds of expletives of how she couldn’t believe it. And then the experts sided with Carina and all of a sudden Jamie realized that she was wrong. She sunk down in her seat and waited until she was called up. When she called up she said that she had to take responsibility.. where was her responsibility when Carina was on the couch? She IS a mean girl!!

Yes Jamie did make comments while Carina was talking (or at least the editing made it seem so). But on the other hand Jamie apologized without being told to. Previously other people that were in the wrong were told by others you owe an apology. Regardless of the time of her acceptance of her actions, at the end of the day she took accountability and is willing to change. That itself should speak volumes, especially if she follows through with it.
I understand how Jamie came across defensive and aggressive once she was let down by the group. I rewatched the scene with Lauren that initially took place and in those moments Jamie did not attack Lauren. The girls were genuinely asking & seeking out why Lauren doesn’t see the “good” qualities in Clint. Lauren then got defensive and make rude comments. That was when Jamie matched her energy. I feel like people are criticizing Jamie more because they expected more from her. People have Jamie’s back because her actions are true to her word based off what we’ve seen.

Oh my god, exactly! For a moment there during the dinner I felt like maybe Jamie was in the wrong this time, but then I realized that her lashing out was valid because who wouldn’t be frustrated if, when you stood up for yourself and your friends who were hugely insulted, those same friends go to support the very person that insulted you. In such a situation, they chose to address the fact that Jamie was loud (she was valid) about standing up for everyone over the fact that Lauren was insanely disrespectful. To think that they could have confronted Jamie about that in private. Literally all they had to do was support Jamie during the argument at the resort

I 100% commend Jamie for coming today with the intent to apologize for her behaviour and I am happy she did so…. but on the other end I am gutted the experts made her feel like she is fully wrong…. like what she said is factual she did stand up for everyone and took all the heat from lauren and also carina and also the experts if I can even call them that. Harping down on Jamie while letting Adrian stay is crazyyyyyy…. also Dave was a huge let down and I can see him hurting her down the line…. completely insane ….. how they went from being solid to this….. idk what happened also cause Dave was backing Jamie so it’s not like he disagreed w her stance but who knows things must have changed :(((

I agree, Jamie was not bad in my opinion. That Lauren was a totally evil nasty person and Jamie called her out for the unforgivable insults she dished out to the group. I think the so called ‘experts were wrong to humiliate Jamie. Yes she’s loud and outspoken but why did Carina and Rhi have to console Lauren when she was rude beyond words and called the group the most insulting names. You can’t defend someone like Lauren, she has serious mental health problems. Who on earth would behave like that, seriously? I’m with Jamie after all no one else had the courage to confront Lauren did they?

Love that Jamie was apologetic to Carinna and admitted to her behavior being a product of her hurt. I will say I’m a bit disappointed in Carinna for not even acknowledging her lack of action when Lauren was calling Jamie, Awhina, and Beth “bogans,” etc. I get wanting to be there for someone who FEELS attacked but at the end of the day, they were asking surface-level questions, lmaoo, like EVERYONE has done (so not seeing the attack). However, when Lauren called them bogans to her and Rhi’s face and said, “Oops, I know they’re your friends,” the next comment out of Carinna’s mouth was, “I understand why you feel that way” or something along those lines. So, where’s the defending on both sides? the same at the couples retreat when jamie was speaking to lauren and her and clint got nasty instead of saying “okay, everyone lets calm down” or something along those lines she specifically called out jamies and said “give everyone a chance to speak?” after being cursed at by a MAN (or lack thereof) again wheres the defending on both sides??

OK, there is something up with Dave. I don’t know why all of a sudden. His expression cell, when jamie started talking about her feelings. And then I thought his smile at the end was a good thing, but the camera zoomed in on him at the end of the episode and I don’t like it.

Actually it is’nt all of a sudden. If you back you’ll notice his energy was starting to drop as both shifted their focus to other couples. Jamie was too loud for it to be obvious.

Ok, FF to the recent CC, I am seeing this behavior, like he’s got both her hands and her leg in his grasp. Hmmmm. Is this proving how much he cares, or it this showing that icky male obsessiveness?

Because I said at first I thought door punching was excusable, based on him saying what he said afterwards and also that Carina accepted it and moved on. Then I read other women posting on Facebook and here that this wrapping himself around her crying is the next move of abusers. They overly swarm with love and caring. My comment is, I see that happening with Paul towards Carina in front of others. Stop saying “touching her leg”. You’re minimizing what my comment shows. Last week he literally wrapped his body around her while she is speaking to the experts at CC. Then this CC, he’s got both hands, and somehow her leg, too. This is the DV behavior I was bringing my focus too, and saying I changed my mind about him and learned more and saw this. My first statement is I see red flags.
